The Beginning of a Healthier Year!!
2011 - New Year, New You!!!
I was so inspired by Lu Ann Cahn's blog, "365 Days of Firsts", that I decided to do my blog beginning January 1, 2011 and log 365 Days of Health & Fitness. Each day I will give health & fitness tips as well as committing to trying new fitness workouts and recording the results. I am open to any suggestions. Anything you have always wanted to try but haven't or if you have tried a workout and want to share it, I'd love to hear from you. Some of my friends and clients have already given me some great suggestions and I can say with great assurance that you won't want to miss this! Already on the list is my first 1/2 Marathon (in Disney, non the less) and pole dancing (Thanks, Wendy!!!) I am ready to open myself up to new adventures and experiences. Come along for the ride!!!
I will also share tips I give to my clients that are tried and true and advice from my book, "5 How To's for a Healthier You" that will be coming out in 2011. And I will give you books to read and "homework" assignments that will help you reach your goal to be healthier and more successful for 2011. If you are serious about making 2011 your best year yet, make my blog part of your day.
